At LIBER 2013 the Europeana Newspapers Project coordinator Hans-Jörg Lieder will jointly present a paper with Katalin Radics of the University of California that touches upon the refinement methods in use in the Europeana Newspapers Project. In “On the two sides of the pond” Lieder will talk about a cooperation project that centres around the digitisation, OCR-ing and OLR-ing of historically interesting resources of Nazi Germany.
